Seasoned CTO and serial technology entrepreneur uses a potent combination of technical expertise and business development experience to help bring Jaspr Health to new heights.
SEATTLE, January 3, 2022 – Today Jaspr Health has announced that its board of directors has appointed its former CTO Todd Cullen as the new Chief Executive Officer. This planned leadership succession is Jaspr Health’s next step in accelerating growth and preparing for 2022 fundraising. Former CEO and co-founder Dr. Kelly Koerner will continue as Board Chair and assume the role of President, continuing to support product development, sales, and strategic partnerships.

As CEO, Todd is focused on expanding Jaspr’s care delivery footprint across the entire United States and into use cases outside the emergency department. He wants every person in the US to have the access to mental health tools and treatments they need, when they need them.
About Todd Cullen
Todd is a serial technology entrepreneur with experience building startup teams (both product and engineering) across 4 continents. He previously founded ThoughtLeadr, a native advertising company, which built one of the fastest digital advertising servers on the planet. Before ThoughtLeadr, Todd built a mobile design and development firm called ReignDesign based in Shanghai, China. ReignDesign developed the very first iOS app for the enterprise in partnership with Frog Design & Standard Chartered Bank back in 2008. Over the course of his career, Todd has been a technical problem solver for companies including IBM, Nortel, Deutsche Telekom, Reddit, Salon, and Conde Nast. Todd holds a degree in Biology from Wake Forest University, with a concentration in computational biology.
